I am based in Belfast in Northern Ireland, the most beautiful place in my world. Whilst most of the weddings I curate are closer to home, I am flexible and willing to travel anywhere in the world to be part of your big day! Although it's brilliant being able to meet face-to-face, it is possible to have most (if not all) of our chats online, telephone and via email. So don't worry if I don't live nearby - it's all very doable!

I love people, I love Ireland, I love the outdoors, I love romance and I love love! So getting to know cool couples and working with them to create one of the most memorable days of their lives is right up my street. I also love weddings! And being from a huge family, I've been to my fair share. Spending so much time in church, seeing these beautiful life-changing events unfold in front of me got me thinking... Until recent years, humanist weddings weren't legally binding in Northern Ireland, and I am so proud to be part of the movement to a modern society that gives people a choice in how they choose to get married!

​Getting to marry loved up couples on a day where everyone is so freaking happy has to be the best job in the world! But my favourite part? That has to be about five minutes into the ceremony when the blurry eyes and emotions come into focus, the couple is now in the room and just enjoying hearing their greatest ever love story told in the way they wanted it to be. No, I'm not crying, you're crying.

With years of experience in global branding, marketing and copywriting, I have what it takes to draw out the little parts of you as a couple that make you truly special; the reasons you work, how you balance one another out.  As your celebrant, it is my job to bring to life to the love that is already there! I will get to know you both as much or as little as you want me to - although the more I know, the more personal the ceremony! You each see the greatness in each other that no one else has before. You have seen one another at your most vulnerable and in your moments of greatest strength. My job is to draw that out and then paint the picture of your perfect love story on your wedding day! Also, I've been told I have a certain knack for adding a little comic relief to lighten the couples natural nervousness! Puns? Certainly! Dad jokes? You got it! Oh, you don't do jokes? Totally agree, me neither.

...but I won't do anything that will have a negative impact on our environment. Just as we have one life, we have one planet. For this reason, I discourage the release of balloons or lanterns or the use of any resources that may damage our environment or endanger wildlife. There are plenty of eco-friendly alternatives that we can build into your ceremony, as well as beautiful symbolic rituals that add more wow your wedding!
